| General booking conditions
1) All our Mobil-homes, Bungalow and Gites are equipped with individual indoor sanitary facilities.
2) You will find kitchenware, dishes, refrigerator, cooking hot plate, garden table and chairs, 1 parking lot.
3) Rates include consumption of water, gas and electricity (4 KWh per day).
4) It is necessary to bring its own linen, sheets, etc. Possibility of renting at the campsite.
5) Arrival between 4 and 10 o'clock pm. Departure before 10 o'clock am. (schedule to be respected).
You will have to make an inventory and to indicate any lack you would notice.
6) Reservations are only confirmed after receipt of a deposit of 30 % of the amount of the stay + 20 euros of booking fees.
7) No deduction will be granted in case of early departure: except case of force majeure.
8) The (optional) cancellation insurance guarantees the refund of your deposit until 30 days before your arrival, except booking and insurance fees.
To be considered, any cancellation should necessarily reach us by mail at least one month before the date of arrival.
9) For every rent of lodging, a security deposit of 300 € has to be paid when checking in. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure, less the amount payable for broken or missing items. The tenant must make sure the lodging and the surrounding outside area is clean on his departure. Otherwise, there is a minimum charge of 50 euros.
(In case of departure before 8 o'clock in the morning, the deposit will be sent back to you by mail).
10) The tenant has to be insured against fire risks and damages of waters, as well for the renting risk as the furniture left rented.
11) Animals are accepted, they are mandatory to be tattooed, inoculated and held by leash.
Dog price : 15 euros per week.
12) All campers must comply with the campsite regulations. Guests and different extras should be indicated to the office.
13) The tourist tax is not included in rates, (0.20 euro per day per person)
14) All our bookings are to be balanced the day of arrival
